Billing and billable pageviews

What counts toward your monthly limit, what does not, and why a crawler flood cannot push you into a higher plan.

Only humans are billed

Your plan limit counts pageviews classified as human. A visit classified as a suspected bot, a confirmed bot, or an AI crawler is detected, stored, and reported to you, and it is not billed.

Charging you more because a crawler flood hit your site would contradict the entire point of the product. This is not a courtesy, it is enforced in the data: the billable flag is computed from the classification in the same place, so metering cannot drift from what the dashboard shows.

The separate operational ceiling

Each plan also has a ceiling on total events, including bots. This is an infrastructure limit rather than a billing one, it is reported in different language in the app, and it sits far above the human pageview limit for the same plan.

The trial

The trial runs 30 days and needs no credit card. It starts automatically on first sign in. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
