Short, complete, and the whole agreement. If something here is not to your liking, the correct response is to not bid.

Rank is the money, and only the money

Every listing has a score. The score is the sum of every payment that has cleared on that listing. The board sorts by score, highest first. When two listings hold the same score, the one that got there first stays above the other. There is no algorithm, no quality signal, and no editorial judgment anywhere in the ordering.

A listing costs a minimum to start

A new listing needs a payment of at least $5 before it appears. Until a payment clears, the listing exists only as an unpaid draft and is not shown to anyone. Any single payment is capped at $5,000.

Payments are final and are never refunded

Money paid on this board is not refundable, not for any reason. It is not returned when somebody outbids you, it is not returned if you change your mind, and it is not returned if you stop wanting the listing. This is the single most important rule on the page, and you accept it before you are sent to the payment page.

Nothing expires

A score never decays and a listing never expires. Being passed by somebody else costs you your position and nothing else. Your listing stays up and your score stays exactly where it was.

Anyone can pay into any listing

There are no accounts here, so there is no owner of a row in any technical sense. Anybody can add money to any listing, including yours. That is a consequence of having no login, and it is deliberate.

We can remove a listing, and removal refunds nothing

A listing can be removed at any time, without notice and without a refund. In practice this means anything illegal, anything malicious, anything sexual, anything impersonating a person or company, and anything whose link stops resolving. Removal is at our sole discretion. If you do not want to take that risk, do not bid.

This board is not an endorsement

TrueVisit does not review, test, verify, or vouch for anything listed here. Every entry is a paid placement submitted by whoever paid for it. Links go straight to the listing's own address, tagged so the owner can see the traffic in their own analytics, and we count the clicks we send them.

Who takes the payment

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. The charge on your statement comes from them. Your rank updates when their confirmation reaches us, which is normally within seconds of the payment clearing, and never from the browser page you land on afterward.

Questions go to [email protected]. Removal requests for a listing that points at your own property go to the same address and are handled quickly.
